lShandong Zhonghao Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd Shandong Zhonghao Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. plans to invest 320 million RMB to build a new project in Huantai County, Zibo City to extract perfluorinated sulfonic acid resin using discarded chlor alkali ion membranes. The project aims to recycle discarded ion membranes to produce perfluorinated sulfonic acid resin and has entered the pre approval public announcement stage of environmental review on December 18, 2025.
lChizhou Tianci High tech Materials Co., Ltd Chizhou Tianci High tech Materials Co., Ltd. plans to invest 315 million RMB to renovate and expand the existing 150000 ton lithium battery new material project, forming an annual production capacity of 280000 tons of liquid lithium hexafluorophosphate. The project was first publicly announced for environmental impact assessment on December 18, 2025.
lJiangsu Chuangke New Materials Co., Ltd Jiangsu Chuangke New Materials Co., Ltd. plans to invest 30 million RMB to expand the project of producing 1000 tons of battery grade lithium fluoride, 300 tons of high-purity lithium fluoride, and 500 tons of lithium phosphate annually within the existing factory area of Yangzhou Chemical Industry Park. The project was accepted and announced by the Yangzhou Ecological Environment Bureau on December 18, 2025.
lDongying Chemical Co., Ltd., Qingliu County, Fujian Province The 60000 t/a electronic grade hydrogen fluoride technological upgrade project of Dongying Chemical Co., Ltd. in Qingliu County, Fujian Province has obtained environmental impact assessment approval on December 19, 2025. The project will invest 20 million RMB to upgrade two existing production lines, upgrading the product from anhydrous hydrogen fluoride to electronic grade hydrogen fluoride. It is planned to be completed and put into operation in October 2027.
lGold and stone resources Jinshi Resources announced on December 22, 2025 that it plans to acquire 15.7147% of the equity of Zhejiang Noah Fluoride Chemical Co., Ltd. for approximately 257 million RMB in cash. After the transaction is completed, it will become its second largest shareholder.
lGuizhou Chuanheng Chemical Co., Ltd On December 16, 2025, Guizhou Chuanheng Chemical Co., Ltd. conducted an environmental assessment and pre approval public announcement for its fluorine-containing tail gas treatment and annual production of 20000 tons of sodium fluorosilicate environmental technology renovation project. The project plans to invest 3.84 million RMB and utilize existing factory facilities for technological transformation. It is expected to be completed and put into operation in October 2027.
lShandong Dongyue Green Cold Technology Co., Ltd The expansion project of Shandong Dongyue Green Cold Technology Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 60000 tons of new refrigerant (R32) will be publicly announced after the approval of the construction project planning permit on December 17, 2025. The project plans to invest approximately 318 million RMB and will construct an annual production capacity of 60000 tons of difluoromethane in Dongyue Fluorosilicon Materials Industrial Park. It is expected to start construction in December 2025.

The project is currently in the stage of accepting and publicizing the environmental impact assessment documents.

The project plans to construct an HFC-125 production facility and supporting public auxiliary engineering within the existing factory area of the company located in Jiuyuan Industrial Park, Baotou.
lInner Mongolia Mingyue New Materials Co., Ltd The high-end fluorine new material industrial park project (Phase I) of Inner Mongolia Mingyue New Materials Co., Ltd. will enter the completion trial production and environmental protection facility commissioning stage on December 23, 2025. The total investment of the project is 1.182 billion RMB, and the construction content includes multiple production facilities such as an annual production of 70000 tons of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride and an annual production of 100000 tons of 1,1-difluoroethane.
lFuxin Ruining Chemical Co., Ltd Fuxin Ruining Chemical Co., Ltd. released the environmental impact assessment acceptance notice for its annual production of 260 tons of high-performance fluorine-containing material intermediates project on December 23, 2025. The company plans to invest 30 million RMB to build a new production line in the Fuxin Fluorine Industry Development Zone in Liaoning Province, producing perfluorobutyl sulfonyl fluoride and perfluorotributylamine.
