lQuzhou Kangpeng Chemical Co., Ltd   The annual production of 20 tons of 2-fluoro-4-aminobenzamide project by Quzhou Kangpeng Chemical Co., Ltd. has passed the environmental impact assessment approval on December 4, 2025. The project plans to invest 34 million RMB and add intelligent equipment through technological transformation, forming an annual production capacity of 20 tons of 2-fluoro-4-aminobenzamide and 13.128 tons of 2-amino-4-fluorobenzonitrile.

lQingliu Hongzhi Mining Co., Ltd    The renovation and expansion project of Hongzhi Mining Co., Ltd.'s fluorite powder beneficiation plant in Qingliu County has been accepted and announced by the Sanming Ecological Environment Bureau on December 10, 2025. The project plans to increase investment by 56 million RMB and upgrade equipment to increase the annual flotation capacity of fluorite ore from 60000 tons to 120000 tons. It is expected to be completed in December 2028.

lRuyuan Dongyangguang Fluororesin Co., Ltd     On December 9, 2025, according to the China National Intellectual Property Administration, Ruyuan East Sunshine Fluorine Resin Co., Ltd. was granted a new invention patent entitled "a preparation method of 2-bromo-1,11,3,3,3-hexafluoropropane", and the patent application publication number was CN121085737A.

lGanzhou Shenghe New Materials Co., Ltd     The Shenghe New Materials Huichang Lithium Fluoride and Rare Earth Fluoride Renovation Project of Ganzhou Shenghe New Materials Co., Ltd. has entered the stage of environmental impact assessment acceptance and public announcement on December 11, 2025. The total investment of this project is 11.96 million RMB, and it will renovate the existing production line to form an annual production capacity of 600 tons of lithium fluoride and 400 tons of rare earth fluoride.

lShandong Dongyue Future Hydrogen Energy Materials Co., Ltd     The PPVE and fluorine-containing green surfactant renovation project of Shandong Dongyue Future Hydrogen Materials Co., Ltd. has passed the environmental review approval on December 11, 2025. The project has an investment of 5.5 million RMB and will rely on the existing perfluorooctanoic acid and perfluorooctanoic acid units to increase the annual production capacity of 100 tons of perfluoromethyl ether monomer and 40 tons of perfluoroethyl ether monomer through technological transformation. It is expected to be completed and put into operation in December 2026.

lChangshu Sanai Fuzhen Fluorine New Materials Co., Ltd. North Factory Area    The 1500 t/a quality optimization and improvement project of fluorinated polymer pellets by Changshu Sanaifuzhen Fluorine New Materials Co., Ltd. has been publicly released for environmental impact assessment information on December 11, 2025. The project plans to invest 9.85 million RMB and will further refine the existing perfluoroethylene propylene (FEP) pellets by adding a refining section in the existing factory area.

lChina Shipbuilding (Handan) Perry Special Gas Co., Ltd    China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (Handan) Perry Special Gas Co., Ltd. announced on December 10, 2025 that it plans to invest 869.94 million RMB to build an annual output of 3383 tons of high-purity hydrogen sulfide and other electronic gas project in the existing factory area of Feixiang District, Handan City, Hebei Province. The construction period is 18 months, with a total period of 36 months.

lDongying Chemical Co., Ltd., Qingliu County, Fujian Province        The 60000 t/a electronic grade hydrogen fluoride technological upgrade project of Dongying Chemical Co., Ltd. in Qingliu County, Fujian Province has entered the stage of environmental impact assessment and public announcement on December 12, 2025. The project plans to invest 20 million RMB to upgrade 60000 t/a of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride products to electronic grade hydrogen fluoride through technological transformation of the existing production line, and adjust the structure of some by-products. It is expected to be completed and put into operation in October 2027.

lSichuan Yongjing New Materials Co., Ltd    Sichuan Yongjing New Materials Co., Ltd. plans to build a new wet electronic chemical and electronic special gas project in the South Sichuan New Materials Chemical Industrial Park in Zigong. The project will construct multiple production lines including 50000 t/a of electronic grade hydrofluoric acid, 20000 t/a of semiconductor grade hydrofluoric acid, 30000 t/a of semiconductor grade ammonia water, and produce industrial grade hydrofluoric acid and other by-products. The project was first publicly announced for environmental impact assessment on December 9, 2025.

lChangshu Sanaifu Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd      Changshu Sanaifu Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd. released its first public announcement on the environmental impact assessment of its new refrigerant project on December 12, 2025. The company plans to acquire new land on the east side of Changshu New Materials Industrial Park and construct a project with an annual output of 12000 tons of new refrigerant TKG in two phases, producing hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid as by-products. The total investment of the project is about 1.304 billion RMB.

lInner Mongolia Jiaruimi Fine Chemical Co., Ltd     Inner Mongolia Jiaruimi Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. plans to invest 6 million RMB to expand an annual production line of 300 tons of dichlorosulfonamide and 300 tons of difluorosulfonamide in the existing factory area of Wuda High tech Industrial Development Zone in Wuhai City. Recently, the project has been accepted and announced for environmental impact assessment by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Department of Ecology and Environment.

lGuangdong Huate Gas Co., Ltd    Guangdong Huate Gas Co., Ltd. plans to invest 15 million RMB to carry out technological transformation of the existing factory area, to dismantle the original methanol cracking production line and use some of its site and equipment to build purification production lines for special gases such as helium, hydrogen bromide, and hexafluorobutadiene. The project has entered the pre approval public announcement stage on December 16, 2025.

lGansu Juhua New Materials Co., Ltd     Gansu Juhua New Materials Co., Ltd. plans to invest approximately 2.016 billion RMB to implement a high-performance fluorine chlorine new material integrated upgrading project in Yumen Economic Development Zone. The project has entered the stage of environmental impact assessment and approval on December 15, 2025, with plans to optimize the industrial chain structure by adding production units such as hexafluoropropene, fourth generation refrigerant 1234yf, and chloromethane.
