lJiangxi Jinlongxi Mining Co., Ltd On July 25th, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Nancheng County issued a notice of acceptance: the adjustment and construction plan for the mining and processing project of Jinlongxi fluorite mine in Jiangxi Province, with a total investment of 49.9866 million RMB (environmental protection investment of 2.49 million RMB). Cancel the construction of the beneficiation plant, sell fluorite produced from mining, maintain the same mining scale and supporting facilities, and change the drainage method. After the project is completed, it can achieve the mining of 60000 t/a of fluorite and 20000 t/a of fluorite powder.
lJiangsu Chuangke New Materials Co., Ltd Recently, Jiangsu Chuangke New Materials Co., Ltd. plans to invest 30 million RMB to build a project in Yangzhou Chemical Industry Park with an annual output of 1000 tons of battery grade lithium fluoride, 300 tons of high-purity lithium fluoride, and 500 tons of lithium phosphate. The project adopts advanced lithium fluoride production technology, which can achieve 1000t/a battery grade lithium fluoride, 300t/a high-purity lithium fluoride, and 500t/a lithium phosphate after reaching production capacity.
lRuyuan Dongyangguang Fluororesin Co., Ltd Ruyuan Dongyangguang Fluororesin Co., Ltd. invested 15 million RMB to build a new 1500t/a difluoroethyl acetate project in the existing factory area of Guangdong Ruyuan Industrial Transfer Park. The project will utilize the hazardous waste tower kettle waste generated from the existing PVDF production as raw materials. The project will add equipment such as reaction kettles and distillation towers, and construct a Class A warehouse with a total area of 735.95 square meters. All other facilities will rely on the existing resources in the factory area.
lPengyou Chemical Pengyou Chemical will invest 112.5 million RMB to build a new difluorochloromethane production project in the Huichang Fluorine Salt Chemical Industry Base in Jiangxi Province. The project plans to construct a 32101 square meter factory area, including production equipment, auxiliary facilities, and supporting buildings, equipped with 150 sets of production equipment. After completion, it will have an annual production capacity of 10000 tons of difluorochloromethane, as well as supporting the disposal of by-products trifluoromethane and dichloromethane.
lJiangxi Shilei Fluorine Materials On July 1st, the government of Huichang County approved the energy-saving report for the annual production of 18000 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate by Shilei Fluorine Materials through technological transformation and capacity expansion project. On the basis of the original 6000 ton lithium hexafluorophosphate production line in Factory 1, the equipment for gas production, reaction, drying, etc. has been upgraded, the tail gas treatment has been optimized, and a by-product hydrochloric acid storage system has been added. Through continuous technological transformation, the annual production capacity has been increased from 6000 tons to 18000 tons.
lTongzheng Mining On August 2nd, Tongzheng Mining officially launched the first mining operation of Chagan Dele fluorite mine in the Gobi Province of Mongolia. The annual planned production capacity is 200000 tons, and it will be gradually transferred to underground mining in an orderly manner. This production marks a new stage of large-scale development for Tongzheng Mining in Mongolia's resource development.
lWengfu Group The total production capacity of hydrogen fluoride in Wengfu Group is 210000 tons, and it is expected to build an additional 50000 tons of production capacity in the future. It is expected that after all ongoing and planned projects are put into operation, the total hydrogen fluoride production capacity of Wengfu Group will reach about 300000 tons.
lDongyue Group Dongyue Group plans to adjust the unused HKD 191.9 million allocation funds for PTFE quality improvement, green and intelligent transformation of tetrafluoroethylene, and pilot production of tetrafluoropropene. This move aims to address the issue of low returns caused by overcapacity in the industry, while also expanding into the high-end fluorine-containing materials and new coolant markets to enhance long-term competitiveness. The company believes that this adjustment can make more efficient use of funds and is in the interests of shareholders.
